Refund policy
Spiritual Threads products are made to order through our print partner. Because each item is custom-printed for you specifically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
This does not affect your legal rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods, and longer-term rights beyond that for defects.
To claim, email [spiritualthreads@tuta.com] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the printed area/label where relevant). We'll arrange a free replacement or refund once verified. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
We can't be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, so please double-check yours.
