Shipping policy

Spiritual Threads items are printed and dispatched on demand by our fulfilment partner (Printful). Current items are produced and shipped from Mexico, so international transit times apply.

Each order is made to order. Typical timeline: production takes roughly 2–7 business days, then shipping is added on top depending on destination. Estimated delivery times and any costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and tracking details (where available) once your item ships. Any customs duties or import taxes for your country are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.

If your order hasn't arrived well beyond the estimated window, email [spiritualthreads@tuta.com] with your order number and we'll chase it.
